Rafael Rincon is an Army intelligence veteran with experience in all-source tactical intelligence, security operations and security training. During his military career, he has supported organizations such as U.S. Southern Command, U.S. Northern Command, the FBI, DEA, ATF, U.S. Marshals Service, and the HIDTA and HIFCA programs.

His most recent role was as an intelligence specialist and mission lead for a Department of Defense Cybersecurity Red Team.

Mr. Rincon holds multiple technical and leadership security certifications including the CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIH, and GWAPT. He is also a GIAC advisory board member and a certified EC-Council cybersecurity career mentor.
